Cycora Pro is a monthly subscription service billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Founding Member pricing ($49/month) is locked for the lifetime of a continuous subscription. If your subscription lapses and you resubscribe, standard pricing applies.

4. Content License & Redistribution

All Cycora content — including playbooks, setup cards, alerts, and dashboard information — is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or reproduction of any Cycora content in any medium without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Accuracy & Timeliness

Market conditions change rapidly. Cycora makes reasonable efforts to provide timely and accurate information but makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content. Setup information may be outdated by the time you read it. Always verify independently before acting.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycora and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any content provided. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to cancel your subscription.

Cycora references methodologies developed by Camel Finance and Bob Loukas for educational purposes. These references do not constitute endorsement by those parties, nor does Cycora have any formal affiliation with them unless explicitly stated.

Your email address is used solely to deliver subscription content and access links. Cycora does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
